I'm Yvette — a certified Pilates instructor in Toronto and the founder of Yvettabetta Pilates. I earned my certifications through Body Harmonics, and I teach at Barlattes here in the city.

Yvettabetta started as one rooftop class with a speaker and a handful of friends. I wanted a room where the music was familiar, the cues were kind, and nobody felt like they were behind. That hasn't changed — the roof just got fuller.

I host, teach, plan the themes and pack the mats myself. If you come to a class, you're meeting the whole business.
